This is a great company, with not only beautiful clothes, but they take an extra bit of care and attention. Haribo in the delivery box, and sent by dpd so you know when your items are coming. I would highly recommend.

Love love loves Elina!!! Not only did she go above and beyond with me, she even had the decency to answer my 7-year-old daughter's questions regarding TX accents vs British, vs all in general. Good customer connection is what either makes or breaks a company and as long as you can hold onto this keeper you will not break. I'm joining the Rewards now and going to get my shopping on. Just have her conduct the CS interviews and do the training program and every interaction will be a success. Or you could clone her! Just kidding! Please thank her for us!!

Dear Management at Childrens Salon,
I trust that you are well.
I would like to bring you the attention of your employee Isabella. My apologies if I have misspelt her name.
There was some type of miscommunication with DPD regarding my order this week, where there was a real threat of the order not arriving to me in time before Xmas. Adding to the problem, I was leaving London for Birmingham on the morning of Xmas, therefore had my delivery not reached me in time, it would have been a spoiler for the children.
I called in on Wednesday evening where Isabella took the call. Immediately she fully understood the situation and calmed my nerves down instantly. She assured me that whilst she cannot promise anything, that she would do everything she can to ensure she solves the issue.
Isabella did just that, and followed up on her promise to call me the very next day (Thursday) to let me know that she has arranged the delivery for Friday (today) and that I would be receiving the parcel by noon. I’ve just signed the parcel in and very relieved.
People often either don’t bother or forget to leave valuable feedback on good experiences that they have with companies, although very quick to negative feedback when the situation arises.
I would to say how great of an asset Isabella is to your company and as such an exemplary member of your organisation.

I never write reviews, and I am a very cautious person when it comes to buying anything from the internet unless it is like Amazon or eBay or some other well-known store! I was desperately trying to find my 13-year-old son some "designer" belts he requested for Christmas, found two for a reasonable price, and went ahead and bought them scared I was going to let down.
I was very wrong!! I not only received the product in a cute package but also I received it within 4 days!! I am so excited for my son to open his gift, Thank you childrensalon for being a legit trustable site!! I will definitely be shopping here again real soon!! Childrensalon will make one teen boy extremely happy this Christmas, thank you and MERRY CHRISTMAS to you all!

Absolutely love your store/website. Selection is great. Service is great. Quality is out of this world, so much better than the stuff I purchase here in the states. I've been getting things delivered from overseas faster than products I order domestically here in the U.S. You're my favorite go to place to get my little gal the best outfits. I get so many requests as to "where did I get her outfit". Thanks ChildrenSalon! And we love the little candies in the packaging. You're the kind of company others should learn from! I made a mistake whilst adding an item to my basket, I hadn't realised that two other old items were still in basket. Placed order. It wasnt till received my confirmation email from childrensalon that I realized my mistake.
I phone customer service and the young lady was so lovely. She dealt with the situation without delay . She was so proffestional/approachable. The Best customer service . Well done to Childrensalon team.. Truly appreciated
